The M7m1 Double Twin is the fastest Hydraform machine for producing Hydraform interlocking blocks
1.The M7M1 Double Twin Hydraform machine has two pressing heads and mold boxes. Two workers can operate and produce hydraform interlocking blocks at the same time. Two hydraform interlocking blocks can be produced every 15-20 seconds. 2880 hydraform interlocking blocks can be produced in one day. It is the fastest hydraform machine in the M7M1 series to produce hydraform interlocking blocks.
2.The size of this M7M1 Double Twin Hydraform machine is 2600*1400*1600mm, and the weight is 1300kgs. It comes with a JQ200 mixer, which integrates mixing and production. It has two wheels, so it can be moved to any place suitable for production, which is very flexible and convenient.
3.This hydraform machine is powered by a diesel engine. We use a well-known brand Weichai diesel engine with 8HP power, stable and powerful performance. The hydraulic pressure of this hydraform machine reaches 20 tons. The strong hydraulic pressure ensures the high quality of each hydraform interlocking block.
4.This hydraform machine has a compact structure and reasonable design. Mixing and production do not interfere with each other. Workers can operate the machine by operating the operating lever. It is very simple and easy to learn.
5.The M7M1 Double Twin hydraform machine is the main hydraform machine promoted by HENRY. It is popular in Africa, Asia, Latin America and other countries due to its large output, complete functions, high quality, flexibility and convenience.
Can the color of this M7M1 Double Twin hydraform machine be customized?
The answer is of course yes. Customers can customize the color of the hydraform machine according to their own preferences or brand image. Customers need to provide sample color cards, and we will mix the machine pigment according to the color card.

How is the quality of this hydraform machine?
First of all, the M7M1 Double Twin hydraform machine is independently designed by HENRY engineers according to market demand. It has a reasonable structure and complete functions. Secondly, we are very strict in the selection of diesel engines, steel plates, hydraulic oil pipes and other components. We have more than 20 years of production experience in cutting, welding and other processing and production processes to ensure the high quality of the hydraform machine.
How to maintain the hydraform interlocking blocks produced by hydraform machine
After the hydraform interlocking blocks are formed and demoulded, workers can move them to a cool and ventilated place, avoiding direct exposure to strong sunlight to prevent the moisture of the hydraform interlocking blocks from evaporating too quickly. Keep them moist and spray them with water when they are dry. Continue to maintain for 2-3 days, at which time, the hydraform interlocking blocks will reach their strongest state.

Why hydraulic oil pipe plays a very important role in hydraform machine.
Hydraulic oil pipe is an important part of the hydraulic system of hydraform machine. It can transport hydraulic oil to each hydraulic component of hydraform machine to ensure the normal operation of hydraulic system. Under the high pressure of hydraulic oil operation, the quality and stability of hydraulic oil pipe are very important. High-quality hydraulic oil pipe can prevent hydraulic oil leakage and reduce the occurrence of danger.
M7M1 Double Twin hydraform machine is the clay brick-making machine with the largest output of hydraform interlocking blocks.
HENRY can also provide other types of M7M1 hydraform machines and other powered hydraform machines

How to operate the M7M1 Double Twin hydraform machine correctly
1.Prepare the clay raw materials needed for the production of M7M1 Double Twin hydraform machine, and excavate the soil nearby to avoid the soil with too high salinity, which is not conducive to the formation of hydraform compressed clods.
2.The soil needs to ensure fine particles, so HENRY diesel sieve machine can be used for screening and filtering. The aperture of diesel sieve machine is only 5mm, which can remove impurities such as stones and ensure the fineness and uniformity of soil raw materials.
3.Pour the soil screened by the diesel sieve machine into the blender of M7M1 Double Twin hydraform machine, add sand, 5%-10% cement and appropriate amount of water, ensure the water quality is clean, and then start stirring for 2 minutes.
4.Workers use pots or barrels to catch the stirred soil raw materials at the outlet below the mixer, and then pour the soil raw materials into the mold of M7M1 Double Twin hydraform machine.
5.Two workers can operate the operating levers on both sides of M7M1 Double Twin hydraform machine at the same time. After 15s-20s, the soil raw materials in the mold are compressed and molded.
If you are familiar with hydraform, you will know that its standard size is 230*220*115mm, the width is 220mm, and the thickness is 115mm. When we use hydraform to build a wall, the width and thickness must be the most accurate size, but the length of 230mm can be different, because you can use shorter bricks or longer bricks without affecting the flatness of the wall. Therefore, when designing the mold for Henry’s hydraform interlock brick making machine, the principle of vertical brick output is used, so that the width and thickness of each brick can be guaranteed to be consistent.
The molds for hydraform bricks are a complete set, which includes the upper pressure plate, the mold frame, and the vertical lower pressure plate. These parts are precision-machined by CNC machine tools and are machined step by step by wire cutting.
The first step is to add 3-5% cement when necessary to better blend the soil. Use the mixer we provide to mix it thoroughly.
The second step is to compress the clay using a hydraform machine to reach a pressure of 15mpa. After pushing it out, place it in a dry place for drying.
The third step is to check whether the bricks are dry on the second day after the first day of drying. Water and maintain 2-3 times a day. This maintenance will take 14 days to complete.
