1. The mixed concrete raw materials must have a balanced humidity and be pushed to the front of the cement block-making machine with a wheelbarrow
2. Lift up all the upper and lower molds, and the worker will place the fiberboard on the vibration platform, adjust the position of the fiberboard, press the button, and lower the mold box. When the mold box contacts the fiberboard, it will continue to sink 5mm. Note that the column wire spring must be bounced up between 5mm and 10mm. The purpose of this is to give the vibration platform enough vibration space
3. The worker uses a shovel to fill the concrete raw materials into the mold box little by little. When it is half filled, press and hold the lower vibration button to turn on the lower vibration for 3 seconds to make the lower part of the brick more compact
4. After the raw materials are filled, pull back the upper mold and let the upper mold enter the lower mold box naturally. At the same time, turn on the upper and lower vibration motors until the limit rod is stuck with the limit card and stops vibrating. The function of the limit rod here is not only to control the height of the bricks. Every time you need to change the production of bricks of different heights, you need to readjust the height of the limit rod to match the height of the bricks
5. Start the lifting motor. Through the action of the reducer, the upper mold presses the bricks. When the lower mold is lifted, the bricks are naturally arranged on the fiberboard. At this time, check whether the bricks are damaged or cracked. If so, the concrete raw materials can be reused.
6. The brick-pulling trolley provided by Henry is inserted under the fiberboard, and the bricks are picked out steadily and pushed to the curing area for curing.
7. Starting from the second day, water is sprinkled two to three times a day. After 14 days of curing, the concrete bricks can be sold.

Generally speaking, we do not recommend users to use single-phase electricity to produce bricks, because single-phase electricity does not have enough power to run a good cement block-making machine. For example, 220v/50hz single-phase electricity is not as powerful as 220v/50hz three-phase electricity. If customers insist on using single-phase electricity, the cost will be higher, and we will increase the power of single-phase electricity.
