In order to help customers save procurement costs, we have designed all our brick-making machines to be able to replace different molds so that other types of bricks can be produced. Whether it is hollow bricks, solid bricks, large bricks, small bricks, interlocking bricks, pavement bricks, permeable bricks, or curbstone bricks, our molds are replaceable; that is, bricks of different sizes can be produced on only one machine. Moreover, we can provide customers with professional and detailed videos and operation manuals on mold replacement. For simple replacement, we can train customers on how to adjust the height of the brick-making machine to switch back and forth between pavement bricks and hollow bricks. Because the height of hollow bricks is 200mm, and the height of pavement bricks is only 60mm, it is obviously very important to adjust the height of the machine to adapt to bricks of different thicknesses.

After decades of improvement and perfection, almost all parts have been well-matched, and there will be no wear and tear due to the unreasonable design of the brick-making machine. We will provide a maintenance manual, and you can accurately refer to the manual to check the parts of the brick-making machine, regularly perform maintenance and care, add some lubricating oil and butter to the friction areas, and fill the gear oil in the reducer in advance, the machine will not malfunction. In case of a malfunction, we have equipped the necessary accessories and wearing parts in the accompanying accessory box, such as tension springs, hook springs, screws and nuts, spring washers, V-belts, forward and reverse switches, rubber columns, nylon sleeves and other necessary accessories.

As industrial electricity, three-phase electricity is the most basic power electricity. Most of our brick-making machines are matched with three-phase electricity because the production of bricks requires the brick-making machine to have sufficient vibration force and hydraulic power. However, some customers do have difficulties in solving industrial electricity problems. We have also designed our brick-making machines very well. By increasing the motor power, we were increasing the torque of the reducer, stabilizing the voltage, and ensuring the stability of the brick making machine’s operation and the quality and hardness of the finished bricks.

This is the most concerning issue for customers in international trade.
